TAB RESET PROJECT
A collaborative effort of 100 Tabernacle members leading the reset of our church by reflecting on our past, evaluating our present, and shaping the future of our faith community.
STEP ONE
Confidential One-on-One Interviews Completed
Thank you to the 50 members and leaders who participated in a confidential 30-minute interview, sharing honest reflections on their experiences at Tabernacle. Your insights were anonymously included in a summary report that highlights our church’s strengths and areas for growth. These conversations helped us gain a clearer, more accurate understanding of our current church culture.
STEP TWO
Join us for an interactive workshop where we’ll connect, reflect, and begin shaping a plan to reset our church. Building on insights from the summary report, we’ll explore the question: What do we want to see in place two years from now as a result of our collective actions?

To truly function as a unified body, we need active participation from members and strategic coordination among leaders. This workshop is a step toward establishing clear outcomes, shared responsibility, and accountability structures that can carry us forward together.
STEP THREE
Join the implementation team.
Be part of a smaller dedicated group that will meet quarterly through December 2026 to ensure progress and follow through on the implementation plan developed during our workshop.
